CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

WILLITS PULSE FITNESS is proud to offer Safe, Motivated, and Fun classes taught by THE BEST CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS. We offer something for everyone. If you need help choosing class program, please do not hesitate to ask for the Fitness Coordinator, Personal Trainer or any Instructor and we will gladly assist you in achieving your fitness goals.

AEROBIC HULA HOOPING
This class is not only a great cardio and abdominal work-out. It's also a lot of fun! The class welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced hoopers. We provide the hoops.

PROGRESSIVE FIGHTING SYSTEMS & JEET KUNE DO CONCEPTS
Want to learn how to protect yourself or your loved ones? In this class we cover the 4 ranges of combat, stick & knife fighting, ground fighting, close quarters combat, rapid assault tactics, weapons disarms, improvised weapons, killer instinct training and much more.

EASY DOES IT
This is a great class that offers adults of any physical condition a thorough, safe work-out. In only 1/2 hour we've created a number of innovative, flowing yoga routines that are excellent for seniors, including people with arthritis, injuries or disabilities. The class includes chair and standing routines designed for people who can't get down on the floor easily. Come in and check it out, might be the best 1/2 hour of your day!

STEP/SCULPT
The step portion ranges from beginning to advance and the sculpting works every major muscle group. With the combination of both, you will get a total body workout. This class is fun, challenging not to mention a great cardiovascular workout. A great workout for everyone at every fitness level!

KICKBOX
A high intensity cardiovascular workout. This is a no contact kickbox class that powers up all muscle groups. Kickbox is the class to kick, jab, and punch your way to a healthier heart.

ABS & LOW BACK
Gain strength where you need it most – in your core muscles! The focus is on getting stronger and more flexible to prevent injury. The six- pack you develop in just an added benefit.

RHYTHM TONIC
A blend of dance movements (Ethnic inspired, Jazz, Ballroom, etc.) to form safe, balanced, natural exercise which awakens joy and passion of life.

MORNING FLOW YOGA
This is a Vinyasa-style class combining a series of flowing postures mixed with a little Lyenger style allowing us to focus on the subtleties of each posture. Moving from one posture to another focusing on the balance of mind, body and breath; most classes beginning with centering and preparing oneself for practice, often using the Sun Salute to generate heat in the body and prepare for the deeper poses. Offering a well rounded practice by using standing, sitting, balancing, inverted, twisting, belly work, back strengthening and relaxation poses. Any level welcome… this Yoga is for every-body.

HATHA YOGA
The workout for mind, body and spirit consisting of Asonas, postures and Pronyayama breathing for balance, harmony and stress reduction. It’s about using your body to your very best advantage. Everyone works at their own level listening to their own body.

BEGINNING YOGA CORE
The key to life is balance. If you are balanced, stress can not touch you. Come try the Yoga Core Class that is designed to work your whole body & mind. We focus on balance, strength, and flexibility. Be prepared to work hard and sweat. The purpose is to give you a Yoga Core Class that is tailored for the fitness environment. Some equipment may be used. Mats and towels provided.

POWER WATER AEROBICS
This class is a step up from regular water aerobics. Challenge yourself with this high intensity class that is a great workout and a lot of fun.

SENIOR SPLASH
Not just for seniors, this class is designed for anyone who is experiencing achy joints to help increase relaxation, mobility, flexibility and provide some cardiovascular training.

KWON BUP
Kwon Bup is a Korean Martial Art that unites the mind and the body through the diligent practice of proper stance, blocking, striking and kicking. It also teaches many practical self defense techniques and the virtues of traditional Korean Martial Arts. This class is for beginners and advance.

BODY SCULPT
This is a great class for toning your whole body in just one hour! Every Major muscle group is worked for that all over toned look and feeling. The class uses hand weights, gliders, body bars, bosu and body bars.

MUSCLE HUSTLE
This is a great class that targets all major muscle groups and gives you an hour of cardio at the same time. We alternate 15 minute increments of sculpt and then cardio. It's a lot of fun! Come try it!

JUST STEP
This is a one hour class that is specifically designed for those die-hard steppers who love step. It consists of 40 minutes of straight step that includes new, fun and challenging choreography. Then ten minutes of ABS and back and the last ten minutes are reserved for stretching. If you like step class you will love this one. Each class is taught in layers with multi-level options. New routines are taught weekly, so feel free to join in at any time! Hope to see you there!
