Willits Pulse Fitness, a family-owned-and-operated fitness center is dedicated to helping you build a healthier lifestyle. We offer 3 different water aerobics classes 5 days a week to help you become healthier.

Water Aerobics Classes:
  • Regular Water Aerobics:
    • Low-Impact cardiovascular exercise every day of the week at 9:00 a.m. Power Water Aerobics
    • A step up from regular water aerobics, a great fun workout at a high intensity. Monday and Friday at 9:00 a.m.
  • Senior Splash
    • Designed for everyone, not just seniors. This type of water aerobics increases relaxation, mobility, and flexibility, and is great for aching joints. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:30 a.m.
Pool Features Lanes for Swimmers and We Offer Lessons for Gym Members.
